Sorry to hear of the problem jwise. Like you I was very impressed
with the packaging but didn't experience any problems with my orders.
I did notice when opening the small bottles that the wax seal would
"turn" when I tried to twist off the cap on some of my samples so
if this occurs often enough, maybe MOM could double check the
caps before wax sealing.
