I bought a bottle of Mortimers Black Scotch which according to the description on the label matches exactly what is being offered by an Elgin distillery for £190 per bottle. I paid £21 last week from Mortimers in Grantown-on-Spey. They would not tell me who produces it for them but the label says it's from a Moray distillery in Elgin. Did I get a bargain I wonder. I dare not open it now I know this!!
