My original post was dated 29th August under Mrs E McWhinnie (before I registered) and really just asked if anyone has any info on this bottle, especially age and possible value. It belongs to my neighbour whose husband was an employee of Buchanans and he died in the 1970s The only clue is the number on the bottle 75/297 It does not say the age of the whisky when it was bottled. Any other info would be appreciated.
