Default Springbank - sediment

505Gibbs - Springbank is never chill filtered nor is color added to the whisky. Since it's non chill filtered, the whisky contains quite a lot of elements known as " fatty acid esters " and " flavouring oils". These substances can come together to form either a haze or fine sediment in the whisky. Another thing that can promote sediment or haze is for the whisky to be kept in a cool environment. Shake your bottle and then leave it a warm environment which may help the haze to clear. You can rest assured there is nothing wrong with the Springbank whisky in your bottle.
