Agree with this completely. Turned a friend on to whisky and the first one I poured him from my flask was my Laphroaig. He spit it out thinking it was paint thinner and could not believe it was for consumption. That was then, now he has grown to love it. It takes a mature palate to appreciate Laphroaig.
