I don't know if anyone has done their homework on this but presuming the seller is in the U.S. you just don't go and pack up a bottle of liquor and ship it to Canada unless you feel lucky.
I don't think the LCBO or the US shipper would be happy with it. Could you get away with it; possibly, but; is it worth the risk??
