Laphroaig Quarter Cask New logo/new Whisky?
Bought a new Quartercask with the new logo.
Seems completely different from the last one, a new expression?
Blast of more peat, and more oak, and some older stuff.
Read that Laphroaig themselfe states that : Laphroaig Quarter Cask has no age statement since it contains a range of different aged spirit from 6 to 11 years old.
And then in Quarter Casks for 5-7 months?
My point, its new wrapping, seemingly a different taste. Not strange as whisky can change from batch to batch.
