Just finishing off the Glenfiddich maltmasters sherry. Unfortunately I found it disappointing. Some descriptions suggest it is aged for 12years but my tastebuds disagree, I think it tastes younger. I enjoy burn, but to me it's like a cheap burn similar to JW red or Blk douglas.
Is there a thread here where I can learn how to write/structure a proper review? I know what I like to drink but not even sure what is the difference between peat, wood, smoke. I have a bottle of iodine in the bathroom, maybe i'll have a sip of that
