A lot less sherry, in fact none. Corry is made up of ardbeg in new french oak casks vatted with classic younger ardbeg
No finishing, no sherry, nothing. The new French wood gives it the tar and spice and the young, bourbon ardbeg gives it the sweet finish.
New oogie is not the same as the old stuff - less sherry in the mix now as it was from old stocks (25 yo sherry casks I believe) which is running low so it's being rationed. I believe this is why oogie is losing it's edge. Corry is from younger stocks (8-10 yo) so plenty of stock.
