Default Another Scotch mystery blend...

Does anyone have any information on this particular brand and blending firm? The main label says "Finest Selected Scotch, Crown Whisky of Great Age, White Label, Rob. Jackson & Sons, Distillers, Glasgow & London, Bottled by Exporter" (see photos). In addition, a small label on the bottom of the back of the bottle reads "P. & S. RAMPONI, DI G. BALCONI, CRAVEGGIA, Licenza N. 24, An, 400 ldr 800". There are no apparent markings on the glass, but a small (apparently more recent) label on the bottom of the bottle reads "6686" or "9899". The bottle it is sealed with a driven cork and lead capsule with a crown that reads "Very Old Scotch Whisky" at the top. In addition, an Italian metal "fasci" tax seal is affixed to the capsule which dates the bottle to between 1933 and 1944. Any additional information about this bottle would be greatly appreciated!
