It's nice whisky but not worth a whole lot. If you want to make $60 to $80 sell it. Otherwise get together with a few friends who would appreciate it, and sip it. That's what I would do.

Highwood uses wheat and rye.
I don't think there is a Canadian whisky that is 100% wheat whisky.
Century Reserve is 100% corn....

They are both blends that include several different grains. By and large most Canadian whiskies are made from corn and rye with some other grains, sometimes included.
