Empire Wine has a selection of about 100, with some uncommon bottlings I believe. It's in Albany, and as far as I can tell it's also the cheapest warehouse in northern NY.

I get the impression he just wants to buy a barrel full of scotch to leave in the kid's basement for 18 years. I guess distilleries won't sell you barrels?
