It's very silly, it should be handled the same way firearm sales are done on-line. I can sell a machine gun legally on-line but I can't sell a bottle of scotch, obviously stupid.

I'd say like 21-22 for me with drinking the cheap crap like Jack Daniels. I think the first decent stuff I got was Wild Turkey rare breed.

I didn't start getting into scotch and higher quality...

Maybe that distillery is lower than some, their 40-year 1971 is 47.6% cask strength

Should you dilute that some when drinking? I've heard the ideal whiskey sipping proof is around 82-88
