Go with what u like!

Go with the whiskey you like! If you go to a distillery with a great tour and experience only to find you don't like the actual whisky... that would be just terrible!

Can you splash the liquid on the cork every now and again to keep it moist? Or will that make them go dry faster?

So how does one "taste" whiskey? This is a shortened version;

Pour the drink into a whiskey glass, I use Glencairn glasses. Any glass will do but it should have a slight tulip shape to concentrate...

I thought the doublewood was great! I know it got OK reviews but I love the complexity and for people that says there is none.....hog wash! I have an in depth review here.
