I have an unopened bottle of scotch that my father in-law purchased in 1969on the maiden voyage of the QE2 at the ship package store.
The scotch was bottled in Glasgow, at W.P. Lowrie & Co. especially for the Cunard Cruise Line and the launch of the QE2.
I work for a doctor who tells me the bottle and its contents are worthless. His advice is to open it and enjoy it.
If someone could either confirm or deny my employers assessment I would appreciate it.
I hate to say this, but I am not a drinker and know nothing about liquors... therefore, I am asking for help. I don't want to do something I will be sorry for later, by opening it.
Thank you, in advance to anyone and everyone willing to help me
I really appreciate your time and the answer to my question.
In all honesty the thought of ******* the Scotch really didn't enter my mind. I was more interested in finding out if my boss was right. Alas, he has opinions about everything, and you guessed it, he is always right... in his opinion;)
He is still giving me grief over the car I bought! I didn't take his "opinion" into consideration when I purchased my car and have heard about it every single day since.
Thank you again for your time.
