LA Scotch Club Celebrates With Laphroaig 40, bottle 1929
 
Some of my friends from the LA Scotch Club put together a nice night With a 40 Laphroaig. Andrew Smith the owner also writes for your Whisky.com blog.

wow i have a bottle of 40 yr glenfiddich and 40 yr Highland park at a liquor store near me and i can't help but drool a little thinking about what they taste..... Lucky you!

That is the benefit of being a member at a club like this. You get to partake without having to pay the money for the bottle.
