Yet Another White Horse Date Request

Have a perfectly intact quart bottle of White Horse Blended Scotch Whisky, including the tin with advertising insert in excellent condition. Serial number of the bottle is 1855365, and numbers on the tax stamp are I-549 on one side and 005979030 on the other.

Looking at the other posts along this line, I have photos ready to send/upload, but apparently need to have my membership upgraded to do that.

Hope someone might be able to date this for me and perhaps give an idea of the value. Will be more than willing to sell, as the only scotch consumed here is a good single malt!
