This bottle is from the early 1980s. A metric standards law was passed in 1979 - regarding the fill of distilled spirits bottled after December 31, 1979.
The standards of fill for distilled spirits since then have been the following:
1.75 liters, 1.00 liter, 750 milliliters, 500 milliliters (Authorized for bottling until June 30, 1989), 375 milliliters, 200 milliliters, 100 milliliters & 50 milliliters.
These measurements now have to feature on the bottle. In the 1970s the US labelling referred to imperial measurements - Quarts (1/4 gallon) and 4/5 Quart
I have an advert from 1983 with a slightly larger bottle - identical labelling.

I agree with fransodk on the Metric measurements being used, but thought
I'd add one follow-up detail here for your info.

The RED Federal Tax Stamp across the top of your bottle was discontinued
in 1983...That should give you a nice tight dating for your bottle. :-)
