Old J W Bottle with Sculpture inside it!

3 Attachment(s)
Hi all, can anyone help with the age of how old my Johnnie Walker Whisky bottle is? At least I think it is a J W bottle.

As you can see there is a sculpture inside it. It was done by a German POW after second world war. I inhereted this from my dear grandmother who passed away 2 years ago.

There are markings on the bottom of the bottle, they are:

J.W.
9 O A 7 0
...

If anyone know I would appreciate a reply.
Thanks

We can see if we can find out the age. Thanks for the photos! :)

Because your bottle does not have any labels, it's very difficult to date. The labels are the design elements that change the most over the years. However, the Diageo Archive Department tells us it seems likely from the information that you have, and the design of the bottle, that it dates from the 1930s/1940s. :)
