Pls help on the age and value of my dad's old bottle

We don't know anything about this whiskey bottle, just that's it's pretty old. The name is "White Horse Fine Old Scotch Whiskey" and the number is 7877599. Can it be dated? And how much is it valued at?

Looks like you have a bottle from the mid-late 1970's.

Unfortunatly this brand doesn't acquire any significant value untill it is
about 50 years old. Right now it would sell for maybe a bit more than
curent shelf prices.

Thanks Walter! My dad insisted the bottle has been around since the sixties though. So hopefully I'll hear from Jojo too with a more definite date. Hate to disappoint my dad. :)

Unless someone really wants your bottle you'll find that the value in auction is even less than current bottled prices
