What do I have? Garage Sale Find
I was at a garage sale and saw this bottle and it is still sealed. I know absolutely nothing about it but could not pass it up for $3.00! I took many pictures to show all of you and hopefully you all could give me an estimate and a little bit about the bottle.
Thanks a bunch and I look forward to getting to talk about it. http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0482.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0481.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0480.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0479.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0478.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0477.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0476.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/f...s/IMG_0475.jpg |

Garage sale treasure
Well hellloooo beautiful. What a nice bottle from the 30's Seagrams VO. Pictures are great. My question to you ozzie would be the contents. Clear and no sediment? or cloudy with clumps in it? Labels are genuinely dirty from years of storage but from the most part intact. Seals and labels look good.
Overall condition would be Good and based at auction 25 to 50 bucks . Again that is auction/retail a fair resale price to a picker would be 15 to 20.00. Seagrams is one of the larger Canadain companies still in business today. Seagrams vo is still available today. Contents would be great to sample and compare to a batch made now. If you are in Canada email me might be interested or if you want more specific or general questions send me an email. Regards, Eric |
