strength reduction
 
was done about 8 or 9 years ago as part of a Rationalisation/Cost reduction exercise

by making Red Label a single strength in as many markets as possible ,skus (number of variants) were reduced , less downtime for strength changes during production was needed and physical stocks could be brought down
