Hi, one friend just fetched a very old bottle of Talisker. Could anyone plz help with the valuation? Thanks.

Distiller: Talisker
Bottler: Gordon&Macphail
Vintage: 1954
Age: ?
ABV: 40%

I don't have the pic of the bottle he bought. But I found the exactly same bottle. Here is the link.

Whisky.com does not offer valuations at this time - try www.mctears.com or www.bonhams.com

I don't do valuations but I do research on what bottles have sold for in the past. I have found one bottle of the 1954 G & M Talisker you have that was sold at auction in Europe in 2011. It sold for Euro 955.00 ( US$1270.00 ).
