unopened old bottle of Suntory "Royal" Japanese whisky

Hello. I inherited some bottles from my grandmother-in-law a few days ago. One of them is an unopened bottle of Suntory Whisky "Royal" "commemorating the opening of the new Tokyo International Airport". There is no age or date on the bottle so I am trying to determine some more information about it. Please help. Thanks.

The first phase was completed in 1978 and the second in 1992 so it could be from either date. If you past a photograph I'll be able to date it better
