What is the difference between, Whisky and Bourbon?

The most basic difference is that Bourbon is made with at least 51% corn and Scotch and Irish whisky is made with malted Barley, and maybe some unmalted in the Irish. Canadian whiskey can have corn, rye, barley and other grains.
