Looking for info: "King James Deluxe, 12yo"

My buddy was given a bottle of "King James Deluxe" Blended Scotch Whisky, Aged 12 years. The label says "Bottled in Scotland, Nicol Anderson and Co Ltd, Edinburgh, Scotland." Then it says "imported by D'Aiglon Wine and Spirits, New York NY" underneath. We have no idea how long this bottle has been around (a gift from his father-in-law, who gets these from patients he treats, but doesn't drink!).

Neither of us know anything about scotch. We're just curious as to any information we could get on this bottle. Can get some pics if anyone is interested.

Thanks!

This is possibly a rare bottle which is no longer being produced. I don't have any other specifics on this one  - but for a value, try McTears.com or Bonhams.com.

Nicol Anderson was owned by MacDonald Martin [see link] but I don;t know if it still is. Try contacting them

The bottle is sold by Macro at a R159.99. I also got one as a present from a suppler.
