What would you take?

If you were shipwrecked on a desert island... which one bottle of scotch would you want to have with you?

I'd go with either Oban 14, or Laphroaig cask strength. I'm not sure which one I'd choose over the other though!

Which "one" ???? - OK, so for today, I'd say it would have to be Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban. Cheers!

I would probably go with the Auchentoshan Three Wood. It is a lighter smoother Whisky and if you are on a deserted island it will be hot and i think it would be more refreshing and satisfying than the others that were mentioned IMO. They just seem to heavy for the environment.

Good point there scotchdrinker! You're way ahead of us on this one.....so if it's not the Quinta Ruban - I guess then something a bit lighter IMO - would be Glengoyne 10 year. Thanks for keeping me on my toes! :D
