Haig & Haig Pinch Scotch - Help
Hello everyone!
I was very excited yesterday when a friend of mine handed me this bottle of Scotch. He picked up 4 bottles at an estate sale. I have seen a smaller bottle with basically the same stickers and topper listed as a bottle from the 1950's. I'm confused though. The smaller bottle said "Aged 15 Years" on it. This one does not. So I'm here to ask you guy's and gal's for help! Can you date this bottle for me? I'm curious to know if it is one in the same. I know some other bottles are aged 12 years but I don't know how to tell the difference. So, can you date it? and can you supply any more information about it? I don't care about price. I appreciate any information, date, history, what it actually is. Here are the pictures! http://www.artofroam.com/image.jpeg http://www.artofroam.com/image_1.jpeg http://www.artofroam.com/image_2.jpeg |
Anyone know the age by chance?

Let me know if more pictures would help.

Hi there! We can likely have this dated for you. Thanks for the photos.

Based on the photos you provided, the archive department for Diageo (Haig's parent company) dated your bottle from the 1950s. Also, in their archives, they have an advertisement from 1955 that also features the box.
