Anyone ever tried Baker Street Blended Scotch Whiskey?
 

We were cleaning out the home of a friend of ours who was a bit of a hoarder over the years, and I came across a 750ml bottle of Baker Street Blended Scotch Whisky (86 Proof) imported and bottled by Consolidated Distilled Products, Inc. from Chicago, IL. I've spent the past 10 minutes on Google attempting to look for it but it's almost as if it doesn't exist. Has anyone ever heard of this? We haven't tried it yet (saving it for tonight's festivities).

I too have been trying to track down this whisky, It is mentioned in 'A Cadger's Curse' by Diane Gilbert Madsen, the story happens in Chicago, the main character is a bit of a sleuth which I suppose is the connection!
