Old Bottles

My step Father was MD to a major Company, and over the years was sent Bottles galore of Whisky, Gin, Cognac and Wine. He like me however does not drink. Now approaching 90 I have said I will try and sort out his bottles, little knowing that there were quite so many bottles. I hope to post some photos on here to get some information, we don't want to overlook anything of Interest before deciding on where to distribute them. But before that, can anyone help with de ciphering the Numbers on the bottom of bottles to date them. I have read that this is usually made deliberately hard to confuse us all.

Send us photos of his Scotch - especially clear & close up of the label (and the numbers). We will see what we can find out for you. If you need help with posting photos, let me know.
