Dalwhinnie

Greetings from Canada,

I have only started drinking Scotch whisky in the last few years. From my first taste, I enjoyed it immensely. Perhaps this is because my background is Scottish. You would not be able to tell that from my surname, however, I was adopted as an infant and recently discovered that my birth parents were both of Scottish descent. Apparently a taste for Scotch, along with a love of the bagpipes, is in the blood. I have just retired from a 37 year career as a Conductor on Canadian Pacific Railway. I made my last trip Sunday June 6th. In recognition of my lifetime of railroading, my wife gave me as gift for this occasion, a bottle of Dalwhinnie Single Malt Scotch 15 year Whisky. This is the first time I have tried your product.

I am not an expert or connoisseur of Scotch whisky, but I know what I like. There are no words in my vocabulary that could adequately express how much I enjoyed the superb experience of your 15 year Scotch. Unfortunately, the experience was so pleasurable, I can't imagine myself being content with just any single malt in the future. It has been 30 minutes since my last sip from the glass, and I still have that wonderful taste in my mouth.

In any event, thought I should take a moment to let you know how much I enjoyed your 15 year single malt. For me, it was a fitting reward for a lifetime of work. Of course, I expect to renew my reward on an ongoing basis, when my current supply runs out.

Best Wishes,
RB

So that's where my Dalwhinnie went. :p

Just kidding. Great that you enjoyed it. It's a very nice introduction to single malt whisky.
