Help on Bell's Old Scotch Whisky & Bottle

My husband was recently going through some old boxes from when he lived in London and found this bottle of Bell's Old Scotch Whisky. It is unopened and has found it's way to Missouri, USA. Can you tell me anything about it? Is the Scotch still good? Do you know what it might be worth?

As I wrote yesterday, I informed another member that one of the most recognized authorities is John Rose of WHISKY MAGAZINE. You can write him at editorial@whiskymag.com

We can try to have your Bell's decanter dated as well as possibly find out additional information. As for value, you can try John Rose as suggested or also mctears.com or bonhams.com ;)
