If it was a postage stamp, the defect might make it valuable. Because I like all the Johnny Walkers except the Red, I have a hard time believing there is any market for any JW red. Perhaps it was an irritated employee working as a filler because Johnny Walker is closing its plant in Kilmarnock, a decision that has produced a lot of anger and protest over the loss of some 300-400 jobs at the historic location.

Half Way Full Johnny Walker Bottle

Unless you have RARE packaging, which is unlikely for a JW RED, the bottle has no collectible value; especially being only partially full. Normally blends do not command a high price on the collectible market unless they are EXTREMELY RARE and collectors don't like partially full bottles. You may have bought it this way, but a collector is going to believe it is nothing but evaporation. One has to remember that Johnnie Walker bottles 150,000 bottles per week for the global market. I would just crack the bottle and enjoy.
