very old bottle (1917) with cap sealing still on.

Hi!

In a old house this evening, we found a:

"Scotch Whiskey, BLACK & WHITE from James Buchanan & Co Ltd, Glasgow and London.

This must be very old, and is still intact and not opened. The whiskey looks pure, but we wouldnt open it, yet:)

Some old folks here in norway said that a married couple got it for present in 1917, just after/in the WW1. It is by hand, written with a pencil: Fall, 1917.

Tha labels are also intact and says:

"Scotch Whiskey
Black&White, special blends of choice old scotch whiskey.
James Buchanan
Glasgow and London

Glentauchers-Glenlivet Destillery, Mulben Speyside.

How old could this be?
It got all the labels on, so i could post some pictures later on.

Thanx
