    Hi Jojo,
    Thanks for the reply. As I inherited the bottle from my grandpa, I had no intention to know the value but would appreciate to know the the date of the bottle. My travel job in Asia Pacific allowed me to taste different kind of local wine and whiskey. Just to share with you, good whiskey is mixed with lemon tea and good wine is mixed with 7-up, a carbonated drink in China. That is how drinking whiskey is evolved in China. Cheers...yeoh

However, we may be able to date your bottle of Dewar's - otherwise you will need to contact a company such as www.mctears.com or www.bonhams.com - both of these companies are auctioneers, and may be able to give you a value.
