ballintine's 30 year old scotch whisky

I have an bottle of Ballintine 30 yr old scotch, with state stamp, can someone date this bottle or give a value with the picture attached, i dont want to remove the wrapper, well sorry cant seem to post pics but can email
them. this looks pretty old.
