Not sure on value, but will check it out for you and as always, we like photos posted here on the Whisky.com Forum! BTW -where are you located? Below is what we found on background info (from Bowmore's site):

Bowmore 1969, 21 years old
Bottled in 1990, for the general market Bowmore 21 years old Islay Single malt, packaged in a rigid gift box, there are many examples of this style of packaging and various examples of distillation dates ranging from approximately1965 to 1973/4.

It's quite difficult to try and establish a value without knowing the condition of the box or bottle/closure itself. Our contact at Bowmore tells us they think that it would be worth a minimum of £250/$375 or equivalent thereof. And basically, it's better off just to drink it! :D
