Adams antique 1972

Sorry folks. Newbie here. I have an unopened and still sealed bottle of Adams Antique 1972 12 year old whisky in a 710ml bottle. Would anyone have any info as far as value? Is this worth selling, keeping? I know this is blasphemy, but I am not a whiskey drinker.
It was given to me around 28 years ago. Any info you kind folks would have would be great. Thanks so much.
