The bottle reads "10 years old" I cant find anything on 10 years of age. Would like to know more about this bottle.

This was shipped into America after prohibition until roughly 1938. At that time the premium age was 10 years old rather than the current 12 years.
The photos aren't clear enough but if you look at the top of the label there should be a mark where a ribbon was originally [should have been under the mail label] that joined to the capsule, if there's no marking then the bottle's from 1933 to 35

ps 21 Brands was started by the owners of the 21 Club in NY where Ballantine's was the standard Scotch in their speakeasy

This bottle of Ballantine's would date from c1928 up to c1952 when the label changed to ‘’in use for over 125 years’ Since it is ‘liqueur blended’ indicates it is likely from the early 30s onwards…
