Usquaebach Elite

I have an unopened bottle of Usquaebach Elite given to my parents by Stanley Stankiwicz on there 50th wedding anniversary (1997). It comes in a black container,inside there are white Usquaebach gloves and little, what appears to be locks.
Any one with information about this bottle would be appreciated.
