American Owned Scotch Whiskies

I was wondering if anyone out there knows of how many American companies/corporations own whiskies produced in Scotland? And if so what are the whiskies. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Currently ( June 6, 2010 ), the only American owned Scotch Whisky Distilleries are ARDMORE and LAPHROAIG, owned by BEAM GLOBAL.
