Looking for information on Dunhill Whiskey

I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for information on a bottle of whiskey. Its a Dunhill Old Master Finest Scotch Whiskey. Its the celebration edition which comes in a blue bottle with the cellar master number QA 33623.

Any information you could give would be a great help!
