Does anyone know anything about this bottle? ... How old it is? History of Johnnie Walker imported through Hawai'i? Why it is the only Black Label bottle I've seen without it distinguishing the 12 years?

I recently inherited a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label. It looks a little aged and the import company is out of Honolulu, HI; Muller & Phipps Ltd. I've done some research and can't find a bottle with the same label style or one imported by the same company. Other unique things are that it is 86.8 proof and doesn't display 12 years any where on the bottle or box. Also, it does not have a cork.

The bottom of the bottle reads:

SC 813
71mm 750ml
LIQOUR
BOTTLE
SCOTLAND
JW
201 3 U8

Any info is helpful and apppreciated.

I found at the beach of Cuba only the bottom of a bottle with the same readings:

SC813
Liquor
A bottle 172
Scotland
