J & B TV Commercial from 1970 - Name of song?

I live in Italy and I'm on this site only for one question. In Autumn of 1970, J&B had a beautiful music in its television spot (part of the images was a plane that had begun to land). This is about all I can recall - and a great song. Is this enough to help find that television publicity and particularly the music? It was a rock song, a big hit of from a band that year. Please help me find this record because I have been searching for it for many years.

There's a recent commercial for J & B Whisky with people rolling a dico ball through the city streets. There's even a fat, topless guy washing(spraying) his disco ball with water. I'm looking for the song name and artist so that I may download the entire song. People say that it's Will Bates at Amber Music that composed it. Maybe you can find the entire song for me. Lots of people want this song!!

Mythbuster....the agency who created this advertisement for J&B and the information they hold regarding the music is simply: 'Will Bates, Amber Music'. The music is owned by the artist, so I would try his website or company's website for more information. All the best & cheers! Jojo
