i have a bottle of train and mcintyre ltd old angus blended scotch whiskey im not sure of the date but it has a label around the seal saying war risks necessitate bottling in any part uk. can anyone give me any info about it

it was given to me by a friend who had found it when clearing out hi mothers house somdcn369e years ago
