Looking for Whiskey/Scotch Brand Promo Team for Event

I am attempting to search for a promotional team that will come out to a golf outing and promote their client's brand on the course and at the event's reception. Does anyone have suggestions of who to contact in the Philadelphia area to get a whiskey/scotch brand at the event to do tastings, sell product, and promote their client?
