Hi,
I have a White Horse Blended scotch whisky with serial number 4527705........can someone please tell me what vintage this bottle is and how much it will be worth......the original seal with the wire closure is still intact.......
We can have it dated for you - thanks for the photos. As for value, it's not likely going to be worth anything of significance. White Horse is still being produced today and is certainly not in demand by collectors. If still would like to have it valued, try mctears.com or bonhams.com :D

Ms. Jojo.....i appreciate the prompt reply........i would appreciate if you could give me an idea of the date........that's the first step to getting it rated i guess.......i'll take it from there........
Thanks for the info on the label being still in production...........

Is it a tin cap? Can you post pictures of the closure? Tin cap versions are worth significantly more. Too bad the bottle is in bad shape. How is the filling level?

Yes, it is a tin cap......with a wire mesh closure,......and the bottle has never been opened, original seal is still intact.....only the label has worn down........I request again, is there any way of knowing the year of production, based on the batch number??

Don't think so. My guess would be bottled in the 60's.

Does the label have a Royal Appointment, and if so, which monarch? The label looks to be pre-1960s but I doubt it is worth anything as the label appears to be in very poor condition.
This bottle of White Horse is dated from the 1960s. :)
