Bells Scotch Whisky Bottle

Greetings,
I have been in possession of this rather unusual bottle for over 30 years. It stands 510mm high and holds over 5 litres. It has Bells Scoth Whisky embossed on the side and has the markings, 13900 S 1 and U G B on the underneath. I am sorry about the quality of the photos.
Would anyone be able to help me with any info on this item...many thanks...hope the pics are there ???

Mark, as suspected, we were told it's difficult to date bottles without labels, however, we found out your bottle matched up to one in the Diageo Archive Department which is from the 1960s. Therefore, they have dated your bottle c1960s. We were also told that they believe this particular bottle was filled with Bell's Special Reserve which historically was the export version of Bell's Extra Special. :)
