Gooderham and Worts has a long reputation for making spirts now the old distillery is part of the distillery district historical area in Toronto please see link. http://www.thedistillerydistrict.com/ or http://www.lostrivers.ca/points/distillerydistrict.htm
An exceptional product was produced and a sealed bottle would be of interest to a collector. Barring in mind that Canadian Whiskey is blend and for that reason something bottled in 1961 should taste the same as if it was made yesturday. For my self I've only seen one bottle of the Centennial Run and really would need to see a picture of the bottle/content/case to even harbor and estimate. If you could send pictures this would help.

Gooderham and Worts were part of Hiram Walker so you should check at the museum at their distillery in Windsor

Is there any value to this ivory/gold colored case? Possibly leather?
Thanks.

I received a bottle from a friend years ago it was bottled in 1960, casked for 10 years prior. It is complete with the box and a white zippered bag. I have been searching on line and cannot find any information on this. It is also the centennial collection. Can anyone help me to find out its value.

I have a bottle of Gooderham and Wort's Rye Whiskey from 1909 that I have been searching for info on it's value. It is still sealed with a cork and is full.

Sadly, when the OP does not register it is almost impossible to contact them. If changed this so only registered members can post now.
